The individual begins a supported orientation period on the Jay Shop floor, with coaching and assessment to determine the best work placement and support plan.

4

Ongoing Placement

Successful participants transition to ongoing supported employment at Jay Shop, with continued coaching, goal tracking, and regular communication with referring agencies.
