Our Team

Eric grew up in Rochester Michigan and attended Rochester High and Middle Tennessee State University. He served as a helicopter crew chief and later a medic in the Tennessee and Michigan National Guards. He worked at the Chrysler Sterling Stamping plant as a Hi-Lo driver until 2008 and accepted a position of Jay Shop's Quality Manager in January of 2009. He was promoted to Plant Manager in 2018 and has been the Executive Director of Jay Shop since January 2023. 

Since Spring 2016, Stephen has served as the Associate Director and he is excited to be back in Pontiac. Stephen has spent many years volunteer fundraising for local churches and shelters. Since 2016, Stepen has served Jay Shop well using his experience from being a Human Resources manager in the Counseling sector. 

Andy has a diverse background in social work and law enforecement. He holds a BA from Michigan State University and started at Jat Shop in 2017. Andy was promoted to the position of Production Assistant where he started handling supplier relations and logistics. Andy later took on further responsibilities of 6R Line Supervisor, then Quality Manager, and was ultimately promoted to the position of Plant Manager at the beginning of 2023. 

Greg grew up in Commerce, MI. He graduated from Walled Lake Central High School before attending Rochester College on a basketball scholarship. Greg was a food service specialist in the Marines from 1999-2002. Greg ran his own Restoration company before accepting a position at Jay Shop, where he currently is serving as the building's Superintendent. 

Rodney grew up in Pontiac and for the past 20 years has been a proud resident of Detroit. Rodney attended college in Atlanta, GA., obtaining a liberal arts degree from Atlanta University Complex. He has since worked primarily in the social services field including experience in substance counseling. Rodney has been employed at Jay Shop since February of 1997. 

Prior to entering her role at Jay Shop, Anna's professional background has been holding positions of Management and Finance in the automotive industry. She comes from an Indigenous cultural background and is always bringing awareness to represent the Native American community. Outside of career goals, Anna prioritizes family matters and health. 

Mario moved to Pontiac in 1976. Mario has been employed with Jay Shop as a Hi-Lo driver since 1996 and is currently the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor. Marios likes to spend time at the gym and with his children. 

Nina was born and raised in Pontiac and is a graduate of Pontiac Central High School. She has a diverse background in health care, restaurant management, and childcare. Nina has worked for Jay Shop since 2019 and is currently Jay Shop's Assistant Floor Supervisor. 

Mary was born and raised in Pontiac and is a graduate from Pontiac Northern High School. Mary enjoys working out and spending time with her 9 grand, and great grandchildren. Mary has been employed at Jay Shop since 2006 and has been a Line Supervisor since 2022. 

Shannon was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. She held many management positions in the retail and food industries before joining Jay Shop in Many of 2022. Shannon started at Jay Shop working on the line and was promoted to the position of Production Assistance in June of 2023.
